Extractions: Applicants need to verify with the institution from which they graduated that their file is complete and note the date the file was forward to the State Office of Education. Once the files have arrived at the state office, licenses are processed as rapidly as possible. If your License has not arrived within one month of the sent date, please contact the USOE to verify that your mailing address is still valid. Approximately one month after your file was mailed to the State Office you may register as an educator with UEN. At that time you will be able to verify that you file has been opened and your mailing address is correct through the CACTUS System (database of Utah educators) located on your My.UEN page.
