Extractions: Biosensors are integrated into on-line analysis systems for registration of fermentation processes and selective detection of analytes of interest after chromatographic separation. Microdialysis probes are chosen as a basic tool for the collection of samples from a fermentor or bioreactor. The research is focussed on developing autoclavable microdialysis probes and on designing procedures for probe modification restricting adsorption of proteins on microdialysis membranes. The analysis lines for detection of analytes with amperometric biosensors after chromatographic separation are proposed and studied in situations when traditional detection principels (e.g., refractive index detection) do not provide sufficient sensitivity and selectivity.
