Biletnikoff became FSU's first consensus All-American as a senior when he ranked fourth in the nation with 57 receptions and 11 touchdowns, and those numbers do not reflect his spectacular performance in the Gator Bowl where he set the bowl record with four touchdowns and 192 receiving yards in 1964. He went on to become one of the greatest receivers in the history of the NFL, playing 14 seasons with the Oakland Raiders. He was voted Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl XI and was named to four Pro Bowls. He is a member of both the College and Pro Football Halls of Fame. | |
