Pat Listach Pat Listach (born September 12 in Natchitoches, Louisiana ) was a shortstop for various teams in Major League Baseball in the 1990s. Listach played for the Milwaukee Brewers (1992-1996) and Houston Astros ). His best season was in , his rookie year. After being called up from the minor leagues by the Brewers in April, Listach became a vital member of a team that won 92 games and contended for the American League playoffs. His 54 stolen bases in 1992 ranked only behind the total of Kenny Lofton , another prominent rookie during that season. Listach would go on to win the 1992 American League Rookie of the Year award.
