Temporary supports were to be installed under the elevated highway to keep it in position while repairs are completed. I-95, which runs along the Delaware River through Philadelphia on its way from Maine to Florida, carries about 190,000 cars and trucks a day. It serves a mix of through traffic and drivers into and out of the city and is also the major route to Philadelphia International Airport. Lester Taoso of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that the cracked pillar had been scheduled for repairs. An inspector determined Monday that the crack had grown during the winter because of the effect of water freezing and thawing.

This type of trade is extremely rare in the MLB both Young and Garza are still regarded as two of the game's future stars, and teams don't usuall trade young talent for young talent. While the basic premise of this trade is the Young-for-Garza swap, the Twins will also be getting middle infielder Brendan Harris and centerfield prospect Jason Pridie , while the Rays are receiving shortstop Jason Bartlett and minor league reliever Eduardo Morlan On the surface, this looks to be a pretty even deal. Garza gives the Rays a scary 1-2-3 combo at the top of their rotation with Scott Kazmir, Jamie Shields, and Garza, but could also make Scott Kazmir potentially available on the trade market if you believe the rumors. Clogging is an American folk dance that has its origins in the southern Appalachian mountains of the United States of America. While it has strong ties to the step dance of the British Isles brought to the region by white settlers, clogging is also influenced by the traditional dance of native Americans, and the solo "buck & wing" dance of American blacks. Clogging is a misnomer, since in the U.S.A., it is not performed in clogs. Nevertheless, the name persists, although in Appalachia, this form of percussive dancing is often only known as buckdancing or flatfooting or just plain "dancing." In the United States, clogging takes two major forms: traditional Appalachian flatfoot dance or precision (or modern) clogging. Appalachian clogging can still be found in western North Carolina, West Virginia, southwestern Virginia, and other places in the southern Appalachian mountains. Interest in Appalachian dance was significantly revived in the late 1970's and early 1980's by the Green Grass Cloggers. Cloggers in this style dance only to live music: either string band music of the southern Appalachian mountains, typically featuring fiddle, banjo, and guitar; or to bluegrass music. It was the sound of those securities professionals who, for now, dodged a regulatory bullet. Regulation National Market System's June 29th trade-through rule mandate had become a dead letter. Indeed, after months of confusing Reg NMS instructions from the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, a new trade-through rule schedule was announced that will be pushed back into next year. Some critics hope the rule will eventually be killed. The announcement of the delay came much to the relief of brokerage officials, who feared that they could never meet the deadline because of the massive technological preparations required for a giant new set of trading rules. Some of these officials, by the way, were among those who had opposed the rule, which passed the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on a controversial 3-2 vote last year. The two free-market oriented members of the commission loudly dissented. That's because they stated that Reg NMS amounts to a form of overregulation.
