This record book includes appropriate forms for entering information relative to total participation in the Supervised Agricultural Experience Program (SAEP). Additional copies of the forms or other supporting materials can be inserted as needed. For the records of the SAEP to be of value, entries should be accurate, complete, and neat. Mullen See editorial board for all editors information Description Finite Fields and Their Applications is a peer-reviewed technical journal publishing papers in finite field theory as well as in applications of finite fields. As a result of applications in a wide variety of areas, finite fields are increasingly important in several areas of mathematics, including linear and abstract algebra, number theory and algebraic geometry, as well as in computer science, statistics, information theory, and engineering. For cohesion, and because so many applications rely on various theoretical properties of finite fields, it is essential that there be a core of high-quality papers on theoretical aspects. In addition, since much of the vitality of the area comes from computational problems, the journal publishes papers on computational aspects of finite fields as well as on algorithms and complexity of finite field-related methods. The journal also publishes papers in various applications including, but not limited to, algebraic coding theory, cryptology, combinatorial design theory, pseudorandom number generation, and linear recurring sequences. There are other areas of application to be included, but the important point is that finite fields play a nontrivial role in the theory, application, or algorithm.

Brown, a Missouri native with a quarter-century of service to agricultural education and the National FFA Organization, has been named executive secretary of the half-million member FFA. The federally chartered FFA operates in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Education. Brown, who will assume his duties March 3, replaces C. Coleman Harris who retired in September after 46 years in agriculture education. Brown currently serves on the National FFA Board of Directors, works as a consultant to the National Council for Agricultural Education and is a former member of National FFA Foundation Board of Trustees. Since 1985, he has been Missouri's state FFA executive secretary during a time when membership has increased by 30 percent to more than 24,000 statewide. "As a former FFA member from my boyhood days in Utah, I appreciate the contribution that the National FFA Organization makes to our country by laying the groundwork for leadership, personal growth and career success," said Troy R.
