Hungarian is generally believed to be a member of the Ugric languages, a sub-group of the Finno-Ugric language family, which in turn is a branch of the Uralic languages. There are various alternative theories about the origins of Hungarian language, but these are dismissed by most linguists owing to a lack of evidence:
    • Hungarian has often been claimed to be closely related to the Hunnic language, since Hungarian legends and histories show close ties between the two peoples. Some people believe that the Sz©kely, a part of the Hungarians living in Romania, are descended from the Huns. However, the link with Hunnish is uncertain, as are other theories (such as Hungarian being derived from the Sumerian language, which is also agglutinating For many years (from 1869), it was matter of dispute whether Hungarian was a Finno-Ugric language, or was more closely related to some Turkic languages, a controversy known as the "Ugric-Turkish war". It is only in the discipline of linguistics that the "victory" of the Finno-Ugrists can be described as more or less complete, due to a lot of evidence from the languages themselves. However, significant evidence in some other sciences, including genetics and mainly archeology, still clashes with this theory. Finno-Ugrist scientists explain this phenomenon by stating that the origin of the

Hungarian is a notoriously difficult language to learn as it's not similar to any other European tongue. Listening to locals speak or looking at written notices can leave a tourist feeling helpless and baffled. Fortunately, you'll find that many young people have enthusiastically taken to learning English (as they rightly see it as the language of business or their key to a well paid job with a foreign employer). German is spoken by a significant number of older Hungarians. So chances are, you'll be able to get by without too many problems. However, a few well-chosen words of Hungarian will endear you to local people. Indeed, you may even make a friend for life! While pronunciation is difficult, Hungarians won't worry as they'll be pleased that you made an attempt to speak their language. Listed below are a number of key phrases and words to help you to get around. So if you're feeling brave give these a go before you resort to taking the 'easy' way out (see below).

Temporal authority In the former case , the temporal authority punishes too much; in the latter case , it punishes too little. This is a matter about which the temporal sword is commonly concerned; much has been written about it, and many fantastically severe judgments have been sought in cases of this sort. Similarly, the temporal lords are suppose to govern lands and people outwardly. http://www.augustana.edu/religion/lutherproject/TemporalAuthority/Temporalauthority.HTM (14184 words)
Temporal
Parts If we accept that statues, lumps of clay, cats, tails and tail-complements all have temporal parts, then we can tell a coherent story about these cases. According to perdurantists, cases of temporary coincidence involve objects which partially overlap by sharing temporal parts, or objects which partially overlap because one is a temporal part of the other (we can think of this as a limiting case of sharing parts). This account of indeterminacy is not a consequence of perdurance theory alone: as well as the claim that ordinary things have temporal parts, it involves the claim that there are many more persisting things than we recognise in ordinary life.
