Craig Silverman: Yo, Steve. Steve: I’m on here, great my main point was men just want women who will respect them, and I think what Maureen Dowd might miss is that men may not mind women who are smart and successful. What else puts men off is a condescending, demeaning attitude - sometimes that comes across. Caplis: But where do you think that comes from? Because that stereotype is out there of the woman that’s just so harsh and demeaning and doesn’t respect the guy, but where do you think that comes from? Steve: Well I own a men’s issues group online and the general consensus is that a lot of that’s coming from society, and may have trickled down from feminism that may have started out as something benign but if you look the way men are portrayed in the media, or in commercials, it’s sometimes downright demeaning, and maybe that’s filtering into the collective subconscious of a lot of them. Caplis: I don’t buy that, big fellow. I think blaming everything on feminism - that’s just a cop out. I think what happens is a lot of this comes back to us. I think from kindergarten on women are separated out by who are the pretty ones and who aren’t and they’re not treated as well if they’re not as pretty and there’s a resentment that develops that I think’s perfectly understandable.

I think I might ask once I am hired on about their pregnancy policies and also how long I have to be working for vacation so I can use some of that too. I know there are probably a lot of women who haven't been working a year and have gotten pg. There is discrimination against women in the workplace due to sexism and entrenched culture, and this is the other side, where women contribute to the problem. What company wouldn't prefer men as employees over women like the above? An honest person would be up-front about their plans, but then no one would hire them.

Auto injectors are available that work with a simple push-button mechanism. The injection usually causes only mild discomfort, and is described as similar to being flicked by a rubber band. Side effects are minimal for most users, if instructions by the urologist or prescribing physician are carefully followed. Overly prolonged erections, called priapism, are a side effect that can damage the tissues of the penis. It is crucially important that a man never have an erection for more than four hours. If this occurs, he must see a doctor immediately, to be given an injection to reduce the erection. A second potential side effect is scarring at the injection site, which can occur in 7 - 10 % of men.
