You have to make sure that you are getting help because if this is a problem that you are going through, you have to get help before something happens that is not necessary. You need to make sure that you are getting help or getting help for someone else that is suffering because it is a very dangerous time. Serious outcomes can occur from having postpartum depression and it can lead to a great deal of pain for everyone involved.
