The word Scientology literally means "the study of truth." It comes from the Latin word "scio" meaning "knowing in the fullest sense of the word" and the Greek word "logos" meaning "study of." Scientology is the study and handling of the spirit in relationship to itself, others and all of life. The Cruise Indoctrination Video Scientology Tried To Suppress
You have to watch this video. It shows Tom Cruise , with all the wide-eyed fervor that he brings to the promotion of a movie, making the argument for Scientology, the bizarre 20th-century religion . Making the argument is an understatement. The Hollywood actor, star of movies such as Mission Impossible, is a complete fanatic. "When you're a Scientologist, and you drive by an accident, you know you have to do something about it, because you know you're the only one who can really help... We are the way to happiness. We can bring peace and unite cultures." There's much much more . Let me put it this way: if Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah's couch was an 8 on the scale of scary, this is a 10. newVideoPlayer("Cruise_Scientology_video.flv", 475, 376,"");

Hi, my name is Tom Cruise . I belong to a cult called Scientology . I have super powers . I can fly around and move stuff with my mind. It is my quest and life goal to promote this evil cult to young children who look up to me and don't know any better. I am trying to ruin as many lives as possible. My god L. Ron Hubbard would only expect that of his zombie followers like myself.
My cult gets a bad rap in the media because we take all your money and a lot of people have ended up dead . I believe it's up to me to do something about changing our bad image. That's why I am changing the name of Scientology to ScienTOMogy . It's Scientology, except with my name in the middle of it. It's kind of like the word gummy bears. Bears by themselves are scary, but if you just add the word gummy to it, it now becomes a fun enjoyable treat. So now if you were afraid of aliens and brainwashing dangerous cults like Scientology before, you can now join ScienTOMogy with no worries.
So, I know what you're thinking. Hey Tom, what's your main motivation for doing this whole name change of Scientology to ScienTOMogy? Well, we figure that once people find out that Scientology is really just about a paranoid delusional midget

"I take this as a half-ack" KSW : Keeping Scientology Working. Refers to a policy LRH published in 1965 that requires all Scientologists to follow his words and rules exactly. "It is something that you have to earn" "Am I going to look at that guy or am I too afraid?" : Cruise's relentless stare is actually a technique from "Success Through Communication" training routine (TR) drills. According to former and current members, pre-clears have to learn to look someone straight in the eye for hours. It's supposed to generate self-confidence and intimidate the other party. No blinking! Tom Cruise, actor and Scientologist source The Church of Scientology was founded in 1954 by L. Ron Hubbard, a former science fiction writer. It is perhaps best known for its celebrity adherents, among them Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Leah Remini. Whether Scientology is a "religion" is a matter of debate. Scientology presents itself as a "technology" that leads people to "true spiritual release and freedom." It does not emphasize particular beliefs about God or other traditional religious topics, yet it calls itself a "Church" and presents many of its teachings in spiritual and religious terms. Scientology is also highly controversial, with many regarding it as a dangerous cult or financial scam. It is not the job of ReligionFacts to present our own opinion on these issues, but only to provide facts about the group's history, beliefs and practices. We have included Scientology on ReligionFacts simply because it meets our basic criteria of including teachings about the meaning of life and some set of rituals. The

The Church of Scientology is a commercial enterprise that masquerades as a religion, and that increasingly acts like a hate group . Scientology has a long history of hate and harassment activities, which - along with lying and deception - are condoned and encouraged in the cult's own ''scriptures.'' Forrester Globe Correspondent February 11, 2008 A group of more than 50 masked protesters gathered yesterday outside of the Church of Scientology of Boston headquarters on Beacon Street to demonstrate against the policies of the church. Protesters said the event was part of a worldwide demonstration against the church by Anonymous, an informal Internet-based group. Donning Guy Fawkes masks modeled after those worn in the 2005 film "V for Vendetta," or face coverings improvised with T-shirts or scarves, participants began to assemble in front of the building at the corner of Beacon and Hereford streets around 11 a.m. The story of Fawkes, an Englishman sentenced to death for attempting to blow up the House of Lords with kegs of gunpowder in 1605, was revived in the fictional "V for Vendetta," in which a crowd of people wear identical masks to challenge the government.
