As Telsa points out, it is very difficult to reproduce the results, and that's hardly a scientific sampling of public/private sector language. Buwch and cow may refer to the same animal, but cow is used in a whole lot of other contexts in English (as a term of abuse, for instance; as a verb, for another) where buwch wouldn't be in Welsh. And just because someone isn't aware of the (burgeoning) use of Welsh on the web doesn't mean it doesn't exist ;-)
