81. Forum On Religion And Ecology
An interreligious, multicultural, interdisciplinary initiative engaging in scholarly dialogue on the environment.
http://environment.harvard.edu/religion/main.html
The Forum on Religion and Ecology is the largest international multireligious project of its kind. With its conferences, publications, and website it is engaged in exploring religious worldviews, texts, and ethics in order to broaden understanding of the complex nature of current environmental concerns. The Forum recognizes that religions need to be in dialogue with other disciplines (e.g., science, ethics, economics, education, public policy, gender) in seeking comprehensive solutions to both global and local environmental problems. Institutional support for this project includes: The Harvard University Center for the Environment , the Harvard-Yenching Institute , the V. Kann Rasmussen Foundation , the Germeshausen Foundation, the Kendeda Sustainability Fund, the Thomas Berry Foundation, the Surdna Foundation , and the Center for Respect of Life and Environment of the Humane Society of the United States.

Knowledge Ecology Studies
KEStudies is an online publication that focuses on the creation, dissemination and access to knowledge goods. It is a multidisciplinary journal that draws on a number of specialties: sciences, technologies, public policies, the laws of intellectual property, business, free speech and privacy, telecommunications and other related knowledge disciplines.
KE Studies strives to be a publication in the classic sense of the word, but with new opportunities for authors and readers. The papers and other forms of published materials examine new developments, alternatives and social implications. We also review policy proposals as well as books, articles, media, and any other type of knowledge good.
Unlike traditional journals, which focus primarily on lengthy scholarly articles on specific fields, KE Studies focuses on pieces of different format articles, short research papers, commentaries written by experts in various fields about production, dissemination and access to knowledge goods broadly defined including medical innovation policies, legal issues, educational issues among others.

Welcome to the Functional Ecology webpage
Launched in 1987 by the British Ecological Society Functional Ecology is a leading international ecology journal that publishes high quality research papers focussing on organismal ecology with an emphasis on physiological, behavioural and evolutionary ecology, and the implications of organismal ecology for community and ecosystem-level patterns and processes.
Functional Ecology is aimed at a broad readership of ecologists interested in work that explores in depth the links between the development of organisms and their relationship with nature. Papers published focus on the roles, or functions, that species play in the community or ecosystem in which they occur. Physiological, anatomical, and life history characteristics of species are emphasized in standard papers, reviews, technical reports and forum articles. The Editors of the journal are interested in experimental, comparative and theoretical studies in functional ecology, and in particular research and synthesis that is potentially applicable to other species, populations, communities, or ecosystems.
