42. Adding Mailbox And Service Users
domain_name is the domain name of the site on which your subdomain is hosted user_name is the user name of the user who owns the subdomain
http://support.olnevhost.net/docs/ensim-pro/site/oh_site_user_add.htm
Adding mailbox and service users Quick-start guide: home
You add mailbox and service user accounts when you want to provide someone with access to your site's services. After you have added an account, the individual can log in to the User Administrator control panel to send and receive email, manage their contact information, and use services such as FTP, Telnet, and SSH.
  • Note: To enable a user to publish content to your Web site using Microsoft FrontPage, the FrontPage Extensions service, your service provider needs to enable FrontPage Extensions for your site. To determine whether FrontPage extensions are enabled for your site, check the Configuration window. Also, you need to add a FrontPage Extensions user account for the user.
To add a mailbox and service user account:
  • Optional: If you are adding many users with similar settings, you can set the User Defaults template to preset the disk quota and services options on the Add User form. In the shortcuts area of the Home page , click Add User (Users section). The Add User form opens.

I'm wondering why I have a problem logging in to an AD (win2k) network
    using
the username@domain_name format. I get a message stating that the the
    account
    format,
login is successful. I'm hitting on a backup domain controller when I have
this problem, but if I point the default gateway for the server to allow
connection to the primary DC, I'm then able to connect using the
    username@domain_name format.
I'm sure this is just a matter of the backup DC not being set correctly in some manner, but I don't know what that would be. In a single domain forest every DC should be a GC. Every DC should also be able to pass a "DCDiag /c" (complete) clean without FAIL or WARN messages. Herb Martin, MCSE, MVP http://www.LearnQuick.Com (phone on web site)

The filter allows two kinds of filtering:
    • Nodes id and serve to filter one to many domains individually. 'Individual' filtering is allowed for Plesk Administrator and for Plesk Clients (they can manage their own domains only). Nodes and serve to filter all domains of a certain Plesk Client (or several) at one stroke. This kind of filtering is allowed for Plesk Administrator only.
