How is it different from Cricket?
The biggest difference between cricket and indoor cricket is, obviously, that it is played indoors. As large indoor playing fields are extremely rare, the game of indoor cricket has been adapted to suit much smaller playing areas. As a result of this, the game is much faster than conventional cricket.
Rules
Most people reading this article are probably already familiar with the rules of cricket , so here I will just provide you with the details of indoor cricket specific rules.
The Playing Arena
The length of an indoor cricket pitch is the same as a conventional cricket pitch, and has 3 stumps at each end, but there the similarities end. The arena is completely enclosed by tight netting, a couple of meters from each side and end of the pitch. The playing surface is normally fake grass matting. Whilst the pitch is the same length, however, the batters don't have to run the entire length. The strikers crease is in the regulation place in front of the stumps, but the non-strikers crease is only half way down the pitch.

Civilization Fanatics' Forums CIVILIZATION IV Civ4 - Succession Games PDA View Full Version : Many Leaders Game 4 - The Cultured Monarch Pages : Ozbenno Nov 06, 2007, 04:05 PM Welcome to the fourth installment of the Many Leaders Game (thanks mice ;)).
The premise is simple. Everyone plays from the same starting save but as different leaders. After TriviAl's dominating win in Many Leaders Game 3 (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=244461), we're all attempting a cultural win.
We report our games every 50 turns. At the end of each round I'll produce some sort of data analysis to try and compare the games.
So jump in and grab a leader. Only one player per leader as well and try and have a different leader to previous games.
Reporting:
Try and treat it like a normal SG game. Give as much info as posible about your tactics, plans etc. Screenshots are good as well. In the first round try and give some insight as to why you chose your leader and your strategy for winning the game.
Don't publish half or incomplete reports and then edit later. Wait until you're finished and publish it all, even if you're late.
All reports to be enclosed in spoiler tags.
